Dalton acknowledges the strength and bravery it took for you to begin your search for a counselor. It is not easy to take that first step, but he is so excited that you did. If you choose to work with him, he will ensure that you have a safe, authentic, and genuine space to explore the aspects of your life that are setting you back from the person that you want to be. If you don’t quite know who that is yet, that’s okay too! We will explore your values, set measurable and attainable goals, and identify who that person is together. The direction your sessions take will be determined solely by you, as

Dalton believes that no one understands your own lived
experiences and life ambitions better than you do. As such, you can expect to have an active role in your sessions as you work together with Dalton to uncover a sustainable pathway to your healing and growth.
