Supritha is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate and has also completed Medical School. Supritha has worked with clients of all ages, starting with children as young as three years old, and has training in individual and couples therapy. In addition to her counseling training and skills, her multicultural background and medical training help her understand the impact of medical conditions, cultural issues, and family system challenges on mental health. She cares about her client’s progress. and enjoys using therapy games and teaching coping skills during her sessions to help keep clients motivated and learn skills they can use daily. She incorporates evidence-based techniques in her work, including CBT, TF-CBT, Gottman Levels I and II, motivational interviewing and mindfulness skills.
