Bailey Faerber Boggs, LMFT-Associate
Supervised by Dr. Whitney Humphrey, LMFT-S
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate specializing in supporting couples who want to reduce conflict, rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and deepen emotional connection. Whether you and your partner are navigating recurring arguments, intimacy concerns, life transitions, or the pain of disconnection, I am here to help you create a secure and meaningful bond.
I also support individuals and families navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, infertility, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, and major life transitions. My work is centered on helping clients of all kinds gain clarity, build coping skills, and create lasting, meaningful change in their relationships and in their own lives.

My approach to therapy is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a research-supported model that helps couples understand the emotions driving their patterns and find new ways to connect. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients—whether couples, individuals, or families—feel heard, valued, and supported as they work toward greater connection and understanding.
Some of the areas I specialize in supporting include:
-
Couples counseling & premarital work
-
Relationship distress
-
Support for teens navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, and life transitions
-
Prenatal and postpartum support
-
Anxiety, stress, and sadness
-
Trauma, OCD, and PTSD
-
Family conflict, parenting, and caregiving
-
Life transitions
-
Women’s issues
Together, we’ll explore patterns, clarify your goals, and develop a path forward that feels safe, authentic, and effective. My hope is to walk alongside you with care and compassion as you strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and build a greater sense of security in your relationships and in your life.

I'm a proud Texas Tech graduate with a B.S. in Human Development and Family Sciences (2022) and an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy (2025). Outside of my professional life, I find joy in caring for my pets, staying active outdoors, and baking treats that make each day feel just a bit cozier.
