Who I Work With:

I work with children ages 5 and up, teens, adolescents, and adults. I enjoy supporting individuals,

couples, and families across various stages of life.

Who Else I Enjoy and Feel Confident Working With:

I enjoy working with couples, helping them build connection, understanding, and compassionate

communication. I also support new mothers as they navigate identity shifts and emotional

challenges. Additionally, I work with children, teens, and families facing life transitions or

self-esteem struggles.

My Clinical Approach and How I Can Help:

My approach is grounded in understanding how past and present attachment experiences shape

emotional well-being and relational patterns. I support clients in exploring attachment injuries

that may impact connection and trust, while collaboratively working toward healing through

healthy boundary-setting, intentional self-care, and the development of clear, compassionate

communication. My work emphasizes safety, insight, and meaningful connection.

My Core Modalities:

I integrate several evidence-based modalities to best support each client’s unique needs,

including:

● Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): Helps individuals, couples, and families

strengthen connection, understanding, and emotional well-being

● Internal Family Systems (IFS): Explores and better understands inner emotional

experiences

● Narrative Therapy: Helps clients reshape and reclaim their personal stories

● Gottman Couples Therapy: Supports healthy communication, connection, and

relationship strength

What Clients Can Expect When Working With Me:

Clients can expect a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel seen,

heard, and respected. I strive to create a supportive space that encourages self-exploration,

emotional growth, and the development of practical tools to foster resilience and stronger

relationships.

What I Love About Being a Counselor:

I deeply value the opportunity to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they

navigate growth, healing, and change. It is a privilege to witness resilience, connection, and

transformation, and to support clients in creating lives and relationships that feel more authentic

and fulfilling.

One Author I Would Love to Meet:

I would love to meet Glennon Doyle for her authenticity, vulnerability, and ability to articulate

the shared human experience in a way that inspires courage, self-compassion, and meaningful

reflection.

Fun Facts:

● You’ll often find me baking something sweet or spending time outdoors

● Dog and cat mom who loves her fur crew

● Proud Texas Tech grad
